Praxis (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a coaching client management platform. We can be reached at hello@praxiscoaching.io.
We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and any data you enter into the platform (client records, session notes, etc.). We also collect usage data automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
We use your data to provide and improve the Praxis service, send you product updates and support messages, and process payments through our payment processor (Stripe). We do not sell your data to third parties.
As a coach using Praxis, you are the data controller for your clients' information. We act as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from your clients to store their data in Praxis.
We use industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit and at rest. Our infrastructure runs on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security to ensure data isolation between accounts.
We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@praxiscoaching.io.
We use the following third-party services: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (database and authentication), and Vercel (hosting). Each has their own privacy policy.
